You carry out maintenance measures at our production facilities and machine components in accordance with DIN standards, from maintenance and inspections to repairs to technical improvements in preventive maintenance. Ownly responsible, you eliminate disturbances and carry out maintenance on the basis of incoming messages. A complete documentation of your maintenance activities is of course part of this. You take the placement of training contents in the field of electrical engineering and pneumatics for our mechatronics apprentices and accompany them as a competent person in everyday work. The spare parts management for our new equipment is your own organization and the material needs are determined by targeted demand analyses. Together with Industrial Engineering, you support the operation and acceptance of new plants. In consultation with the departments, you will include machine operators in the supply of new equipment. With your technical know-how, you identify optimization potentials and actively promote the continuous improvement of our production facilities.

You have a successful technical training, for example as a mechatronic (m/w/d) or industrial mechanic (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification. As part of your multiannual professional experience in the field of work described above, you could already acquire good knowledge of the maintenance of production facilities and mechatronic systems in compliance with the applicable occupational safety regulations and standards. In addition, you will bring well-founded knowledge in the field of electrical engineering and pneumatics as well as basic knowledge in information technology. You have the pleasure to pass on your expertise and ideally bring first experience in the care and guidance of trainees. A reliable, self-employed and careful way of working completes your profile.
