The student office can be run from the home office in Germany, of course all communication channels are open at the home office and you will be fully supervised by us.

Communication with gas station operators, architects, construction companies, contractors, authorities, field services and internal specialist departments Collection of offers and creation of offer levels, as well as commissioning the execution Ensuring Projectcompliance with current documents and equipment information incl. timely review and maintenance Internal and external contact person to request and store documents according to RK document structure. Handling external access Auditing of accounts for company-internal projects and support in the audit of external service providers Monitoring the assigned workorders (work orders) in the system
