The KID division is responsible for the acquisition, structuring and implementation of borrowing missions with various customer groups (states, German Länder, funding banks, companies and financial institutions) on the capital market. The KIDF group supports financial institutions in North America, Europe and selected countries in the Asia-Pacific region. As an originator (m/w/d), you can maintain and develop established customer relationships with Financials in the above-mentioned group of countries with the senior organizers (in particular Core and Southern Europe). In addition, the new customer acquisitions, the acquisition of own customer responsibility and the merger of issuers and investors at conferences and roadshows are among your to-dos. You market the distribution power of DZ BANK AG over the entire range of investors, including exclusive access to around 700 public and Raiffeisen banks in Germany and to our subsidiaries (Union Investment, R&V Insurance). You analyse the evolution of capital markets and advise the customer group on the seniority, structure, currency and maturity of the bond to be issued. In order to further expand the business and achieve the earnings targets, you work with the Relationship Management and Treasury in Frankfurt as well as ESG Origination, FICC Sales and Research. Customer advice on sustainability bonds and framework contracts, as well as the presentation of possibilities for monetary and market opportunities due to regulatory developments completes your tasks.
