You take responsibility for the management of personnel – from the creation and management of work contracts, through contract changes, to the withdrawal process. For careful data management in the system and a structured digital storage. You work out with digital tools and actively contribute your IT affinity to the further development of our personal administrative processes. The use of HR software such as LOGA is part of everyday work for you. You keep the day-to-day business running in the staff area: This includes, inter alia, the processing of medical reports, certificates, preparation of bills and communication with internal responders. You're in shape! You get into team and system tuning and support in optimizing our internal processes.
