Continuous studies with computer science reference (e.g. computer science, business informatics, geoinformatics, mathematics or comparable) Programming skills in at least one object-oriented or script-based language – ideally PHP, but also Java, Python, Go, C# or A. First experience in software and web development – from university projects, internships, student work activities or private projects Openness and enthusiasm for Agentic Coding: You want to actively develop AI tools – LLMs, coding agents and agentic workflows are exciting for you, not strange. Ideally, you already have first experience (e.g. with Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code or A.) – but your real desire to work with it and learn it is crucial Solid programming competence: You understand the code you develop. AI agents are your toolbox – you stay the developer at the wheel Interest in modern web technologies, object-oriented software development, large language models and agentic workflows Want to work into complex systems and understand features from the front to the back Growth Mindset: Joy in trying new tools and working methods – in an environment that does not combat AI, but consistently uses Tech-Drive & Hands-on-Mentality: self-initiative, analytical thinking and the need to really bring tasks across the target line Good knowledge of German in word and writing (min.
