In the 5 – Medical Management Department of Business Continuity Management (BCM) of the University Hospital of Bonn, the following place is to be filled in full-time (38,5 hours/week) / part-time (19.25 hours/week): Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) The place shall be occupied without delay. The company-wide Business Continuity Management BCM is centrally located in the Business Continuity Management division, 5 - Medical Management. In close cooperation with clinics, institutes, business areas, IT and subsidiaries, you will create a future-oriented BCM that is adapted to the complex requirements of a university hospital as a critical infrastructure. Our goal: to ensure the operational capability of critical business processes of our clinic under all conditions - taking into account legal requirements and real health care conditions.

Support in building, care and continuous development of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) according to the BSI standard 200-4 Own implementation and evaluation of Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Risk Analysis Planning, implementation and evaluation of emergency exercises as well as structured analysis and follow-up of real events with derivation of improvement measures (Lessons-Learned Workshops) Planning, coordination and control of multi-area BCM projects Creation of BCM reports, as well as progress and decision templates for the Executive Board Development of SOPs, checklists and communication templates Preparation and monitoring of internal and external audits (BSI Audit, TÜV, supervisory authorities) Conception and moderation of interdisciplinary formats (e.g. trainings, workshops) for the qualification of internal BCM roles, to strengthen awareness and promote the organizational resilience structure Close interdisciplinary cooperation with information security, crisis management, clinics, care, facility management and all relevant departments of the clinic.

Complete studies in healthcare, in computer science, in engineering or in a biological or medical field or comparable qualification, or relevant training with relevant professional experience in the clinic and QM environment. Experience in building and operating a business continuity or crisis management, ideally in the hospital or KRITIS environment. Ideally training and certificates in the field of BCM Experience in the analysis, optimization and further development of processes in healthcare or in critical infrastructures Very good understanding of clinical processes (e.g. surgery, intensive care, emergency). Knowledge in the creation of emergency plans, business impact analyses, risk analyses and emergency exercises and test concepts Ideally knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. BSI standard 200-4, NIS2, KRITIS law, industry-specific safety standards (B3S), ISO 22301) or the motivation to work into them. Self-employed, structured and responsible work Analytical and conceptual strength, as well as the ability to understand complex facts Teamability, self-initiative, enforcement ability, and proactive and clear communication skills Ability to act as a “translator*in” between the different specialist cultures (doctors, care, administration, IT and facility management) Openness for new methods and joy in in interdisciplinary cooperation
