Customer advisor private health insurance - career changers welcome (m/f/d)

As the first respondent, you will process telephone and written customer requests concerning private health insurance from the entire federal territory. In addition, you advise our customers on all questions from the private insurance business and deal with issues routined and falling. With your competence and helpfulness, you create the highest satisfaction with our customers and sales partners. We also offer you the opportunity to qualify for contract management. Of course, you are going to be reliable and responsible at any time with the powers of attorney entrusted to you.

You have a medical (e.g. MFA, MTA, PTA), professional or commercial training and fun in customer care. No insurance background? No problem! An intensive incorporation is our heart. We will make you fit within 3-4 months in all topics related to customer support. You enjoy dealing with people and attach great importance to service-oriented advice. The team's work will give you fun, communication skills and fingertips. You are interested in modern communication media and are open to technical innovations.

Homeoffice: Homeoffice and office by choice. Working hours: standard 38h week, time recording system, sliding time & lifetime account.
