What You Bring: Proven Experience: Track record in investment controlling within VC, PE, or corporate venturing. Change-Oriented Architect: Eagerness to design and implement new structures and proactively navigate dynamic environments. Strong Standing: Confident communicator with the gravitas to assert your perspective and senior stakeholders. Conceptual Thinker: Master's/MBA in Finance, Business, or related, with a strong affinity for data-driven process optimization. Language: Business fluency in English is essential.
