Business Requirements Engineer / Business Analyst - Lebensversicherung (m/w/d)

You identify and evaluate adaptation needs in the Life Factory application system, for example by active participation in workshops As a central contact person, you are responsible for the determination, documentation and management of requirements and the interface between stakeholders, the service provider msg and our developer teams You coordinate the implementation of requirements effectively – from strategic planning to regular reporting to quality assurance and timely implementation. Test cases are planned and you will begin independently, perform comprehensive tests and thus ensure the quality of the software In case of errors, you go to the depths: You analyze thoroughly, assist the developer teams in the fixation and communicate with the reporting persons in a solution-oriented manner. Close coordination with our service provider msg is ensured to ensure a smooth process The planning of patches and the coordination of implementation times in cooperation with other tribe squads are also part of your responsibility In interdisciplinary teams, you actively contribute and work together with developers, specialist specialists, initiative managers, test managers and architects to achieve the goal

You have experience in life insurance, ideally in IT You have completed your studies in the field of insurance, (economic) computer science, insurance-commercial training or comparable qualification Ideally you have experience in Requirement Engineering or Business Analysis and are familiar with agile methods and procedures Analytical thinking, strong communication and moderation capabilities as well as a structured, proactive way of working are among your strengths You like to work in the team, are highly motivated and can convey complex facts clearly and understandably New technologies inspire you and you want to develop yourself professionally and personally Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as basic English skills complete your profile
