Global Process Owner Accounting (m/f/d)

Process responsibility: You develop the vision, strategy and goals for the accounting processes and are responsible for their further development in accordance with functional requirements, local requirements and BPM methodology. E2E process alignment: You are responsible for the continuous (end-to-end) orientation of the accounting process together with BPM, Business Process Experts and IT. Continuous improvement: You develop business cases as well as functional roadmaps and control continuous improvement initiatives to develop (correction) measures that drive innovation. Guided tour & cooperation: In Accounting, you are responsible for the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cross Services sectors and run the corresponding teams. Performance monitoring: You monitor process performance and define meaningful KPIs for accounting processes. Governance & documentation: You develop process instructions, ensure and create their compliance and maintain complete, current process documentation and training documents. Collaboration: You work closely with the Business Process Experts, e.g. in identifying potential for improvement and process performance monitoring. Transformation: You support the organizational transformation using shared services and AI.

Qualification: Complete study of business management with a focus on accounting / accounting or comparable. Process know-how: deep understanding of the E2E accounting process and a clear idea of where it needs to develop. Mindset: Passion for the vision and future of our company as well as joy in the active participation of change. Seniority: experience and enforcement ability to drive changes and make difficult decisions. Professional orientation: Strong focus on business acumen, as well as good knowledge in SAP S/4HANA. Experience: in shared service organisations or global process structures is advantageous. Languages: Very good German (mind. C1) and English (mind. B2) as well as willingness to occasional business trips.
