Head of Purchasing (m/f/d)

You coordinate the purchasing department and take over the disciplinary leadership of eight employees. You develop purchasing strategies based on the corporate goals and implement them sustainably. You ensure compliance with the purchasing guidelines and continuously optimize the purchasing processes. You analyze procurement markets, identify risks and develop appropriate measures to ensure supply. You are responsible for purchasing raw materials, energy and projects and accompany important purchasing decisions of the sites. You evaluate and develop suppliers sustainably and maintain long-term business relationships. You support technology decisions from an economic point of view and actively participate in the daily business.

You have completed their studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, production technology or a comparable technical or commercial qualification. You have several years of professional experience in operational and strategic purchasing as well as in the development and development of purchasing processes. You ideally bring experience from an industrial, metal, mechanical or automotive environment. You are strong in leadership and have already been responsible for personnel for several years.
