To support our team in the Debstedt motorway championship, we are looking for you as a road guard (w/m/d) or a cross-entry to the road guard (w/m/d).

Your tasks include:

• As a road guard or street guard, you take care of the repair, maintenance, maintenance, maintenance and cleaning of the road body, the side systems and the accessories of the roads, such as road improvements

The "cross-input-light-made promise" of Autobahn GmbH:

• Our qualification program takes into account your professional experience and is compiled separately for you and lasts at most 15 months
• Theory and practice for your qualification as a road guard (w/m/d) are taught by experienced and motivated colleagues
• At the Autobahn GmbH there is no lessons on weekends
• Class C/CE class teaching materials and driving licence

(w/m/d) is set for 15 months. If you are already driving the C/CE category, the deadline and the qualification program are only 12 months.

The grouping takes place in the pay group 4 of the TV car. After the qualification programme has passed, the grouping takes place in the pay group 6 of the TV car. Already trained street guards or street guards (w/m/d) receive the grouping into the pay group 6 of the TV car. The remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group according to the tariff classification regulations of the TV car. The recognition of the level of remuneration is determined according to the individual working experience. In addition, employees of the road service will receive a complaint allowance as well as travel and education allowance according to the contractual arrangements of the Autobahn GmbH.
