• Support for NPS program control to increase customer satisfaction

• Planning, organization, texts of large-volume writing actions

• Creation of reports and presentations for bodies and boards

• Research & Creation Health Tips for OOH Platforms and Social Media

• Participation in AI projects of Customer Centricity (e.g. Chatbot)

• Abitur or Fachabitur as the basis for your academic career.

• A study in the field of health or media and communication sciences

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the health sector or in health insurance and/or in the field of communication, such as in media or creative agencies or online/printed actions.

• Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
