Construction Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)

Independently responsible control and monitoring of demanding construction and turnkey construction projects from execution to successful completion Ensuring compliance with cost, quality and deadlines Leadership of the Polier:inside as well as the commercial employees at the construction site Coordination of cooperation with clients, authorities, architects and specialist engineers:inside Procurement, management and coordination of subcontractors Implementation of scales, production of billing and final accounts, and follow-up management

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the development of construction and/or turnkey construction projects of advantage Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, in particular VOB Self-employed, structured and responsible work Embossed team capacity, organisational strength and high operational readiness Good MS Office knowledge; English skills are desirable You do not meet any 100% requirement?
