Accounts Payable Process Specialist (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the creditor management and ensure reliable and timely processing of our invoices. You check, keep and book input invoices, keep open items in sight and explain inconsistencies in a solution-oriented manner. You analyze and tune provisions as well as settlement and creditor accounts and ensure a high quality of our financial data. You work closely with purchasing, incoming goods and other interfaces and ensure smooth procure-to-pay processes. You actively support monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual accounts You’re questioning existing processes, identifying potential improvements and developing our processes together with the relevant interfaces. You work with national and international finance teams and take responsibility in group-wide projects and process optimizations.

Completed commercial training and ideally multiannual professional experience in creditor accounting or financial and accounting Excellent numerical affinity, high accuracy and sense of responsibility as well as a structured and independent way of working Process-oriented thinking and interest in continuously optimizing, digitizing and automating processes Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with ERP systems; ideally interested in the introduction and further development of SAP S/4HANA Very good team and service orientation, high commitment and flexibility as well as good German and English skills; further training in financial or accounting is advantageous
