TGA project management in the area of data center construction, including overall responsibility for the services to be provided Coordination of all trades, subcontractors and external planning partners and suppliers, including support in negotiations First contact for the customer and ensuring customer satisfaction through structured interface management Monitoring workflows including scheduling, project documentation and performance accounting Cost and Budget Responsibility, Quality Assurance and Ensuring Work Safety at Customer Building

Complete training as a plant mechanic SHK / gas and water installer or comparable qualification with further training to the technician / master or studies in the field of supply technology (e.g. sanitary technology, ventilation technology, heating technology, air conditioning technology, plant engineering or building technology, facility management etc.) Experience as project manager in the field of supply and equipment technology and Technical building equipment Interest in developing new structures and building up a site Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations Good knowledge of German and driving class B
