Examination and negotiation of international framework agreements and individual projects in plant engineering with global customers Resolution of legal issues of international trade, economic and contractual law Legal expertise in project processing and service in international projects Support of subsidiaries in corporate and contractual matters Implementation of process optimization in risk management and contract controlling Support and coordination in the supervision of judicial and judicial procedures in Germany and abroad, including the development of defence and enforcement strategies in cooperation with the departments Preparation and legal assessment of process strategies, fonts and comparison negotiations Supporting the conceptual claim management and reporting to Group revision Advising the sales/project managers of a market zone in all project-related questions Ensuring interdisciplinary training of all employees on legal issues Continuous updating of all legal areas together with the legal department's colleagues in the sense of a comprehensive advisory service
