Director - Compliance / Automation / KPI (m/w/d)

You develop and maintain strategies, guidelines and SLA-based KPIs for trust and security You guide, coach and manage a team of quality evaluators:inside You monitor the review of banner and video creatives to comply with Google Ads policies and internal standards You unravel incident reaction and escalation processes for policy violations You work with the fields of technology, product, compliance and law in technical controls and enforcement of policies You monitor and report on key figures (check volume, accuracy, TTR, impact on users) and promote automation by ML/KI models and control-based systems to optimize review efficiency

You have at least 7 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation or Compliance Management You have proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, including external reviewers:inside You have knowledge of the compliance framework conditions for digital advertising and risk management You have strong analytical skills and meet data-based decisions You have implemented successful automation measures in review processes You speak fluent English and German and have excellent communication skills on C-Level
