As a helper production (m/w/d) in Buchholz, you pack directly and make sure that processes are running around. In the 3-layers, you work according to work instructions and support where care, speed and reliability are important.

• You prepare jobs and materials for production and keep the area neat.
• In the production, further processing or simple assembly of products, you pack in practically.
• Work instructions are used step by step and pay attention to clean work.
• You control simple visual and quality features and report incidents directly.
• Materials, parts and finished products can be safely moved from one work step to the next in the ongoing process.
• In the 3 layers you stay flexible and reliably support the team in the daily production flow.

We are looking for

For this role, you are well suited if you like to work practically, are reliable and quickly find yourself in clear processes. Pre-experience is helpful, but also with 0-3 years of professional experience you can get in here well.

• Ideally, you bring first experience in production, production or a similar environment.
