You create the design and execution planning for health and research institutions. They take over the technical coordination of the planning with specialist engineers, project managers, the participating architectural and engineering offices and the builders. During the entire planning phases, you work on the three-dimensional building model and derive the plan documents and component lists from it. They may support the creation of performance directories for the tendering of post-contractors in coordination with the project management. They cooperate with the further development and exchange with the technical office in the headquarters in knowledge.

You have successfully completed an architectural study and have several years of experience in the independent planning of construction projects, especially in the LPH 5. They are familiar with the laws, regulations and standards in Germany and apply them competently. You have experience in handling 3D CAD software and BIM and are ideally already knowledge of Revit. They work structured, act solution-oriented and enjoy the development of sustainable solutions in modular construction. They cooperate with customers, external project participants and your team and have knowledge of German (C1) that is secure for negotiation. Your profile is rounded off by your independent and responsible working style. The office is located either in our headquarters in knowledge or at our location in Olpe.
