As a team leader:in Planning Residential (m/w/d), you take over the professional leadership of our planning team and combine well-founded housing expertise with a high level of architecture, economics and efficient planning processes.

Professional leadership and further development of the planning team Residential Responsibility for the planning quality and economic feasibility of our housing projects Technical support and control of the planning in the performance phases 1–5 according to HOAI Development and optimization of economic housing plans and future-oriented building typologies Creation and quality assurance of feasibility studies, building and usage concepts Coordination of internal and external specialist planning and control of external planning offices Development and ensuring uniform planning standards and processes Close cooperation with project development and project management as well as coordination with authorities and other project participants Participation in cost, timing and quality control

Successfully completed study of architecture Multi-year, well-founded professional experience in housing construction, ideally in multi-storey housing construction and in larger quarterly developments Knowledge of performance phases 1–5 according to HOAI Experience in the professional management or coordination of planning teams Very good understanding of economic ground plans, building typologies, area efficiency and construction costs Good knowledge of building regulations and planning law as well as safe handling of CAD and BIM software High design competence combined with pronounced economic understanding Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and decision and communication strength Pleasure to take responsibility and to develop colleagues professionally
