It's waiting for you

• They shall conduct the dunning procedures of the insured accounts and, in particular, process the account clarifications and the pre- and post-processing of the dunning and execution course.
• In addition to the agreement and monitoring of payment and repayment plans, the audit and processing of payment reminders in your area of responsibility is part of your task.
• For questions concerning the payment account and the payment method, you are available to both the insured person and the specialist departments as a professional contact person (m/w/d).
• As part of the processing and verification of claims and credits of insured persons, you are in exchange with the services of the BAHN-BKK.

This will bring you

• You have a training on social security (m/w/d) in the field of health insurance or training in the areas of accounting and accounting. However, you can also apply for a comparable training background.
• Ideally, you are already bringing professional experience in a health insurance company and/or in debt management.
• Your knowledge regarding the management of a health insurance and in the insurance law of statutory health insurance is good.
• The use of health insurance-specific software (iskv_21c) as well as the MS-Office programs are sure to control
• They are characterized by their pronounced customer and service orientation as well as their independent working methods.
