Strengthen our outpatient care service in Lüneburg at the earliest possible time. The place is unlimited and in parttime with a weekly working time of 20-30 hours**.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring professional and individual care of our patients
• Implementation of medically prescribed treatment care
• Full care and care of our patients in the home environment
• Implementation and documentation of the entire care process taking into account expert standards and hygiene guidelines
• Participation in quality management measures and further development of nursing standards
• Implementation of care counselling according to § 37.3 SGB XI

Your profile:

• Complete training as a nursing specialist / nursing professional / nursing professional or health care professional Senior Caregiver
• Optimum professional experience in outpatient care
• Expertise in the care and care of older people
• Responsible, independent and structured operation
• Embossed communicative strengths in dealing with patients
• Team-oriented specialist with pronounced social competence and empathic basic attitude to act patient- and demand-oriented
• Openness to computer-based documentation
• Class B driving licence
• Ideally you have a recognition as a practical manager in care according to § 4 PflAPrV
• Willingness to shiftwork (breakfast service, late service, weekend, holidays)
