We are looking for a dedicated HR Consultant (m/w/d) for our Berlin office. Advice and support for companies in the occupation of management positions Creating requirements profiles and search strategies in close coordination with customers Conducting candidate selection procedures including interviews and assessments Care and development of a network of qualified professionals and managers Care of the entire recruitment process from identification to placement Market Analysis and Identification of Business Opportunities in Human Resources Active cooperation in the further development of recruiting strategies Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

The ideal personality for this position is characterized by a high degree of communication skills and a professional consulting philosophy. You should be able to present credible and convincing at different levels, coupled with a pronounced understanding of economic relations and human behavior. Engagement and a solution-oriented way of working are essential for this job. Experiences in the field of personal advice or a comparable industry are important prerequisites. You have excellent knowledge in handling modern recruitment tools and techniques as well as in-depth knowledge in market analysis. You should also have a degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable subject area. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are assumed.
