You support the WEG administration with the aim of acting as the first respondent for owners: inside and advisory board, and thus self-supporting objects You process the inbox and divide repair jobs You are discussing and discussing construction measures regarding energy efficiency and sustainable development in cooperation with the technical building expert:in You take part in property visits and owner's meetings and conduct them independently You represent each other in the team

You have experiences in WEG management and know the requirements You are ideally certified:r Administrator:in You have a high affinity in the application of digital tools You express yourself well in word and writing and have a pronounced customer orientation You have a good legal, commercial and/or technical understanding, which is beneficial You are characterized by high commitment, customer-oriented action, good communication skills, enforcement strength, entrepreneurial thinking and team skills
