Projektmanager (m/w/d) from 01.04.2026 (reference number 1501-1) We are about 1,400 employees from more than 50 nations and with the opera, ballet and acting divisions the largest three-species theatre in Europe. With about 1,000 performances per year we reach around 500,000 spectators. Operation and programming of stage machinery in sample and performance operation Supporting the sample and performance operation Support for maintenance, testing and repair of platform operating systems troubleshooting and elimination in cooperation with specialist companies Creation, commissioning and operation of special decoration components and effects in sample and performance operations in consultation with the technical departments and artistic production teams

skilled workerin / completed training in electrotechnical or metalworking profession (e.g. electromechanicalin) or mechatronicin, industrial mechanicin, construction mechanicin, locksmithin, metal maker*in, FK for event technology or art related professions Multiannual professional experience in the technical field, preferably in a very independent way Experiences in stage operation or in welding technology are advantageous Good knowledge of German in word and writing Reliability, pleasure in team work and team skills Pleasure of solution-oriented and independent work and above-average willingness to use readiness for flexible work (weekend/feetagsdienst, shift service and short-term changes in working time) Outstanding interest in theatre

Long-term cooperation is being sought. The grouping is possible up to 7 TV-L in the event of all tariff and personal conditions. A monthly theatre service allowance according to § 2 para. 1 TV-Staatstheater-Baden-Württemberg. All persons (m/w/d) have the same chances.
