You have a degree in engineering, ideally with a focus on railway, civil or engineering, or relevant technical training You bring professional experience as a building manager:in or building manager:in with what is beneficial You are characterized by high resilience, ability to enforce, flexibility, willingness to use and team skills You work carefully and independently and have good organizational skills You have an affinity in handling IT systems such as MS Office, Arriba, Tilos, SOG or iTWO You are flexible, as where the construction site is, ready for night and weekend work and bring a high readiness to travel.
