Internship Equity Investments Team (m/f/d)

SevenVentures is the venture capital investment arm of the ProSiebenSat.1 group. We invest in start-ups in the early and growth phase with B2C Focus and support them with investments between EUR 2.5m and EUR 30m Euro. Our portfolio companies include AboutYou, Grover, Urban Sports Club and Refurbed. As an intern in the Equity Investments team, you will gain insight into the business models of successful start-ups and help us identify suitable target markets for venture capital investments as well as the analysis of potential investments. This is what awaits you You help identify and analyze suitable target markets and start-ups for Venture Capital investments You are responsible for the development of investment hypotheses and analysis of new investment targets (business model, strategy, positioning, market share, SWOT, scaling potential, etc.) In addition, you support the preparation and analysis of relevant key figures of potential and existing investments In addition, due diligence support (including Commercial & Financial DD) of potential investments is one of your tasks You work with the creation of investment proposals and decision templates for the management and the investment committee of the ProSiebenSat.1 group The support of investment managers in daily business completes your task profile

You are currently completing an above-average university degree in economics or have already completed this and bringing first practical experience in investment management, M&A, management consultancy, start-ups or other relevant areas with You have good knowledge of the B2C area and related current trends (business models, value chains etc.) An independent, very careful and responsible way of working out Your strengths include team skills, commitment, communication skills and enforcement You have very good German and English knowledge in word and writing and a very safe handling of MS Office applications (in particular PowerPoint and Excel) completes your profile
