We are looking for a personnel officer (m/w/d) who strengthens our team and is available to our employees with advice and action as a response partner.

Pay billing: Together with a colleague, you enter the pay and salary bills for about 500 employees via SAP H4S4. You pay tax and social insurance regulations and monthly payroll accounts Time management: You perform tasks in our Interflex 6020 time recording system and make sure that the time data of our employees are correctly determined Daily personnel management: you issue certificates for our employees, carry out personal data, communicate with health insurance companies, authorities and temporary workers, check incoming invoices, manage access rights and support the personnel department team in further administrative tasks Contact person on site: You are the first contact point on site for our employees in matters relating to pay billing, timing and other matters.

You have a commercial training or a comparable qualification and are ideally equipped with prior knowledge of human resources. Direct contact and exchange with employees will give you pleasure You can organize yourself well You are safe to use the current MS Office applications Priority with SAP and/or basic knowledge in wage and social security law You have access, but we do not have to support you, of course, when you are involved, and we will also be happy to provide you with the necessary knowledge.

You will receive a tariff and voluntary special payments. Depending on your previous knowledge, your annual gross earnings are between 37,600 and 45,600 € Your working time is 38 hours a week. Between 9 am and 3 pm, we would like to be available to our employees as contact persons.
