The Gut Wienebüttel nursing and therapy centre offers stationary nursing areas of phase G and F in the listed plant. The special care area of phase F includes, among other things, the respiratory station, on which patients who are most seriously affected by neurological and internalism are supplied and supervised. In the field of phase G, special care and promotion possibilities are offered which are adapted to the disease patterns. Conceptual and business management of the facility You represent our facility to the outside and inside You optimize customer advertising and are responsible for document management You ensure the quality of care under technical and economic aspects You create a demand-oriented personnel deployment and holiday planning analogous to external and internal requirements You plan, coordinate and evaluate care and work processes and ensure their quality

Complete studies in nursing management/health management or completed training with multi-year professional experience as a nursing professional with comparable additional qualifications Recognition as management Professional experience in the management of a care facility or its representation Good business knowledge and analytical thinking and working methods You have leadership, good judgement, motivation and enforcement skills Safe occurrence in dealing with authorities / cost-beneficiaries High openness for diversity, flexibility and empathy
