For with us you will be part of a multi-annual team of colleagues who not only want to shine, but work. In sustainable, tangible financing projects. The focus of your activity is the legal advice of the KfW IPEX bank on financing – at a unique interface between business and politics. Take responsibility: you identify and examine legal issues, develop solutions, take over the legal structuring of projects, accompany the documentation and negotiate independently national and international issues. You control external law firms in mutual professional exchange to achieve the best results with regard to the business policy interests of the KfW banking group. This will bring you Graduate in law with at least one fully satisfied state exam. Multiannual professional experience in the fields of domestic and foreign business, project and export financing. Extensive understanding of economic relations, corporate concerns and political contexts. Negotiating skills, independent and initiative working, as well as communication strength. You are in the English legal language. Analytical and strategic thinking. Joy in team collaboration and professional exchange.
