Your duties

• Sales administration
• customer manufacturing based on a DV-supported workflow with connection to the goods management system
• Check and ensure the calculation of all relevant consumption reports in a complex system of movement of goods by means of article and batch no.
• Sales administration: customer master data, prices, customer offers, sales statistics, information
• Record the consumption messages to be calculated and create the order requirements in MS Navision
• Book the purchase invoices issued by the Group in MS Navision

Your profile

• a successfully completed commercial training or business studies
• analytical skills and numerical affinity
• an independent, structured way of working with high quality standards
• very good MS Office knowledge
• good MS Office - Excel
• Knowledge of an ERP system (e.g. Microsoft Navision)
• Good knowledge of English
