You are driving forward the continuous development and digitization of our controlling processes and instruments – in particular by designing and implementing automated reporting and analysis tools (e.g. with Power BI, Excel incl. VBA or SQL) You identify manual processes and develop independently scalable solutions for the automation and standardization of data analysis and reporting In your role, you act as Sparring Partner*in for managing our operational departments You will also shape new business areas and take over financial imaging and integration The independent creation of monthly reports, budgets as well as forecasts including analyses, commentaries and recommendations for action are yours You prepare concise presentations for internal stakeholders (management, executives and the Board of Directors) Business Cases and integrated planning models for preparing strategic decisions are created by you and you also perform performance and ad hoc analyses through You can participate in cross-departmental strategy and innovation projects as well as corporate acquisitions

You have completed studies in the field of BWL, engineering or natural sciences with additional economic qualification (MBA etc.) or a comparable qualification You will convince us with several years of professional experience in business consulting, trade, industry or in a company from the energy industry. The latter gives you an advantage! You have deep controlling knowledge, coupled with a well-founded know-how of the commercial instruments of modern corporate management such as KPI control, driver models, performance management, business case calculations and financial modeling You have excellent knowledge in Excel, Power Query, BI and PowerPoint and ideally bring programming skills with You have pronounced analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking and have a high affinity to numbers You work independently, structured and keep quiet even in hectic phases You are communication-strong, flexible, organized and have a heart for sustainability –then we look forward to you!
