Working Student Account Management Support (m/f/d)

You take over the telephone consultation of candidate: in crucial phases to help them in the new job. You answer important questions and make sure that all participants feel well informed. You are a point of contact for our candidate: inside and stay with your service-oriented way for a positive candidate experience. You support our account managers in active-sourcing projects by conducting phone calls with talents and preparing them for interviews with our partner companies. Bonus: You analyze our existing processes in recruiting, proactively introduce your own ideas and help us continuously improve our processes.

You are enrolled at a university for at least two further semesters – all courses are welcome. You're looking for a job where you can work with people and feel comfortable with open communication. We'll get you a phone call. You want to help us achieve our goals together and create real added value for the team. Your knowledge of German (C2) is the basis for your work, good knowledge of English is a welcome plus. You are looking for a job that is completed with the end of the shift or a cozy evening beer (also alcohol-free) so that you can concentrate well on your studies. Planability: The job is to fit your studies. We will set up at least two days a week, where you are ideally working 3-4 hours (preferably 16-19 hours). We can also adjust these days to your schedule in semesters. It is possible to lay the holiday on the periods of examination and to increase hours during the holidays. Homeoffice is also possible in proportion after consultation. Look forward to optimal working conditions.
