You actively support the management of residential and commercial properties and gain comprehensive insights into commercial, technical and legal processes You will start operating expenses, participate in business plans and help in preparing owner meetings In daily communication, you enter tenants:inside and owner:inside, process inquiries and learn to respond professionally to concerns You accompany object visits, coordinate service providers and gather experiences in dealing with external partners In the case of rental processes, you support from the Exposé creation to the visit and contract preparation In addition, you work on digital projects to optimize internal processes and introduce your own ideas
