The new online shop has been live since last year. Now the next step is to develop. For this we build a new team and look for OTC product manager:in. In your role you take responsibility for our range: You analyse the market, identify range gaps, develop new ideas and work closely with the shop management, specialist departments and the new e-commerce team. You continue to expand the OTC range: From analysis to implementation, you develop a competitive, customer-oriented product range in sleep, breathing and health You redesign processes: Together with the shop management, you develop structures, workflows and tools for OTC product management – with a view to scalability and sustainability You watch the market with a wide view: You carry out competitive analyses, identify trends and product ranges at an early stage and derive concrete recommendations for action. You are responsible for the product content: Together with marketing, you will ensure that our products are presented in an informative, legal and convincing way – with relevant texts, images and technical information You operate internally and externally sovereignly: You work closely with sleep breathing centers, logistics, purchasing and management and are the central contact person for product-specific topics You think like our customers: You keep in mind customer needs, product availability and returns and develop measures for assortment and process optimization

Complete studies or training with clear reference to the healthcare industry (e.g. medical technology, health economics, health management, PTA, etc.) Ideally experience in product management or assortment building in the medical environment Affinity for digital business models and understanding the dynamics of e-commerce Structured, responsible and communication-strong mode of operation – also in the team and with interfaces Technical understanding – for example in the handling of product data, PIM systems or shop software (e.g. Shopware) Lust to build something new – with own initiative, team spirit and hands-on mentality
