Requirements Engineer Human Resources (m/f/d)

Designing software solutions for digital and modern administration, which organize the involvement of citizens: in cities and communities – across Bavaria and Germany. What do you expect from the AKDB? Here the future is programmed: In development, you implement complex requirements in smart solutions – reliable, barrier-free and user-friendly. Quality, safety and good processes are our standard. In addition to developing high-quality, efficient and well documented code, you can also support third-level support. In short, you make sure that digital administration is running.

You set up requirement specifications for the further development of our wage and salary accounting and keep in mind legal and collective changes. You perform project management tasks in implementing technical and technical changes in our personal business software. You analyze customer requirements in close exchange with our customer advice. You coordinate the areas of development involved and ensure a smooth process. You control and carry out test activities, take professional reviews and accompany acceptances. You support customer service in second-level technical support for our users: inside.

You have a completed (specialised) university degree with a focus on business management or a comparable qualification (e.g. manager [m/w/d], SV specialist [m/w/d]). You have good knowledge and practical experience in various areas of personnel management, ideally in personnel management and in personnel accounting. You bring a strong affinity to technology and IT, are interested in administrative processes and are open to new topics. Ideally, you have already gained experience with agile software development. You enjoy the design and planning of new products in a dedicated development team. You own organizational talent and you like to work in complex technical contexts. You are able to create technical and test concepts and derive appropriate solutions from them. You have pronounced communication skills and a structured way of working.
