ENERCON GmbH As Head of Department (m/w/d) High Voltage Systems, you conduct a number of teams in discipline, support team leaders and employees, and are responsible for ensuring the performance, budget and resources. The positive result and the further development of this department are particularly important to you. Tasks:

• Disciplinary leadership of the department and promotion of a positive team spirit
• Responsibility for department tasks and performance (cost, quality, time, communication) to the satisfaction of internal and external customers
• Promoting and developing team leaders through regular feedback talks, coaching and targeted training
• Ensuring employee satisfaction and promoting employee development through regular feedback talks and training
• Planning, monitoring and control of resource and cost centers for efficient use of department resources
• Development, introduction and continuous improvement of departmental processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Defining and tracking department goals in close cooperation with team leaders
• Responsible interface and escalation agency between the department and other departments
• Travel activity by location over 50%

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in an engineering degree course
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to create a positive and motivating working environment
• Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills
• Proactive thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions
• Embossed customer orientation and ability to understand and fulfill customer needs
• Readiness to travel within Germany, Central and North Europe
• Very good knowledge of German and English
