ERP Coordinator (m/f/d)

CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Support in ERP introduction: You support our key users and specialists in the introduction of our ERP system and also accompany the entire process beyond the introduction. Disruption management & user support: You receive fault messages, prioritize them and ensure a structured processing and tracking. User & permission management: You manage user accounts and access rights and ensure compliance with permission concepts. Documentation & Knowledge Management: You maintain internal lists, documentation and knowledge databases for building and securing relevant expertise.

You have a successfully completed training as a specialist informant for system integration or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in the administration and operation of ERP systems - ideally APplus. You work independently and solution-oriented, communicate openly in the team and have the pleasure of dealing with new technologies. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
