Become part of our team and shape the future of coffee! As Projektmanager Technik (m/w/d), you design technical projects holisticly and develop the technical standard of our machines and systems. The following exciting tasks await you: Project control: You plan, guide and implement investment, maintenance and, if necessary, facility projects

Budget responsibility: Keeping budgets, dates and project progress in mind and ensuring economic implementation

Compliance: You ensure that regulatory requirements as well as legal requirements for technical installations, land and buildings are met and coordinates cooperation with authorities

Coordination: As a central contact person, you control foreign companies and work closely with relevant interfaces such as purchasing

Technical development: In addition, you actively promote the further development of the technical standards of our machines and systems

Strategic co-design: You will participate in the strategic development of production and technology and look forward to compliance with fire protection, safety, quality, food safety and food defense requirements

You have a degree in economic engineering, mechanical engineering, production or process technology or a comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in project management within industrial production brings you, ideally in the food industry and preferably in the coffee industry

In addition, you have very good knowledge of MS Office as well as very good knowledge of German and English

Ideally, you have already gained first experience in managing small teams

In addition to extensive technical and analytical skills, you convince with a pronounced process understanding as well as high thinking and planning skills
