Interdisciplinary interface: You translate technical needs into clear requirements and thus act as a bridge between specialist and developer teams. Requirements definition and management: As a Requirements Engineer (m/w/d), you accompany and coach our department, from initial detection to handover to development Workshops: Targeted communication to ensure the alignment between business objectives and the technical solution while validating the expectation Cross-functional cooperation: You work closely with stakeholders such as Product Managers/Ownern and UX/UI designers to define specifications or functional requirements. Documentation: Responsibility for request collection, documentation of functional requirements and maintenance of requirements, including the implementation of stakeholder interviews and process processes
