The core of your activity is the active and responsible design of the works council and economic committee management as part of the Labour Relations department in the growing BarmeniaGotha Group You will advise the departments of our house on all matters of collective labour law, establish agreements and coordinate in close cooperation with them the joint implementation of co-determinable matters. The negotiation of operating agreements is one of your essential tasks You deal with the entire range of business constitutional law, in particular the negotiation of business agreements in the IT context, balancing interests and social plans Through your commitment and with pragmatic efficient approaches and methods, you support the achievement of the entrepreneurial goals of the BarmeniaGothaer You are analysing and changing laws or jurisdictions of collective labour law A constructive cooperation with our operating bodies is the basis for good results in the co-determination process. Relationship management is you; you go open and winning to your negotiators and get sustainable and good solutions In addition to a sovereign handling of stress situations, you have a high level of empathy as well as communication and moderation capability You have successfully completed your 1st and 2nd legal state exams You have very good knowledge in collective labour law with a focus on the company's constitutional right and brings negotiation experience from an employer perspective. The trusting handling of works council bodies is known to you With your negotiation skills and ability in project management, you understand how to manage the various topics and actors and achieve good results With an entrepreneurial perspective, you capture financial and business relationships and requirements
