The IT-Procurement & License Management team is available for the entire Otto Group as a competent contact person for all issues related to license management. We understand ourselves as a full-service service provider and advise, maintain and accompany the Group comprehensively on all issues relating to IT license management – from internal licensing advice to licensing optimization, from manufacturer audit to internal compliance testing. You are part of the strategic license management for IT license management and are contact person*in for all licensing issues within the company. You support the departments and IT-Procurement in licensing and compliance questions for contract design. You actively shape new license management processes and continuously develop the license management processes in the team. You support internal projects and manufacturer audits. Must-have: Experience with license management and software set management systems in the introduction and operation of these systems Affinity for IT and new technologies Own use of AI tools Very good MS Office knowledge Language level: German C2 (approximately native) and English B2 (self-employed language use) Nice-to-have: Successful participation in license management certifications (TÜV o. ä.) License management experience in the SAAS, Cloud, OpenSource environment and in dealing with various major software manufacturers (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP) Project management experience Shopping experience in IT software and IT hardware Purchasing also in Category Management Contract Know-how and experience in dealing with manufacturer sales organisations
