In your 15-month rotation-based trainee program, you will learn to know the company completely. The Real Estate Advisory department is part of the Investment Solution Advisory unit and is an integral part of the Bank's Wealth Management & Private Baniking. As a specialist team, the unit supports all sales units of the Bank (PBK / WM&PB / Corporates) in the real estate consulting and transaction management sector. The focus of the activity is on the analysis and consulting of complex real estate (port films) of customers and the implementation of transcations; mostly in tender procedures (Sell-Side-Advis). The rounding off of the 360° advice approach of the bank is at the focus of our activity. In addition to the analysis and assessment of real estate, the multi-layered spectrum includes the creation of options for action and use as well as the transaction instructions in the customer order. In addition, we analyze real estate markets, observe market trends and develop individual marketing concepts for our complex customer segment. The activities of the Real Estate Advisory Expert are based on the interaction of knowledge, experience and a broad network.
