You control and organize the project management in accordance with the agreed cost, timing and quality objectives Planning, coordination and implementation of the projects transferred to you are economically, timely and qualitatively high-quality. Ensure compliance with defined project objectives and current project standards As part of a standardized project management, you are responsible for purchasing and contract management Professionally, you tax deductions and the cost and schedule of your projects You recognize opportunities and risks early on and take appropriate measures for successful project execution

Your profile:

Multiannual professional experience from 3 to 5 years in project management of construction projects Finding knowledge of planning, approval and execution processes Experiences in civil engineering, construction, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering can be gathered With the rules HOAI and VOB, especially in construction contract and procurement, you are well familiar A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working is one of your strengths Communication skills as well as a professional appearance towards project participants and stakeholders complete your profile
