You are an organizational institution and have your strengths in interpersonal contact? You also like to keep your colleague free from the back? As an assistance, your team and the executives of the Construction Management department professionally support all organizational, administrative and communicative tasks. We are looking for our project offices at our construction sites in and around Berlin. The place must be occupied in full and part-time (from 30h/week). Support the construction management teams in relation to correspondence, file notes, reporting and documentation General administrative tasks, such as ordering and managing office materials and appointment coordination Manage plan and technology documents independent formal examination of the incoming construction calculations, if necessary Complaint of invoices Controlling the externally used service providers Recording meetings as well as their follow-up including action tracking

Completed commercial, communicative or real estate training or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, ideally already first experience in the construction and real estate industry Safe handling of office and communication software, especially MS Office Very good German knowledge Self-employed and careful working methods and marked service orientation
