Spray painter (m/f/d)

As a spray painter (m/w/d) at Finkenwerder site, you play a decisive role in the aviation industry and actively contribute to ensuring optimal coating standards. In this position you are responsible for the preparation and painting of CFRP, plastic and metal components used for the cabin equipment of aircraft. They coordinate production processes and contribute to compliance with the strictest quality guidelines.

• Take spatula and grinding work on CFRP, plastic and metal components to prepare paintable surfaces.
• Be responsible for the timely processing and surface quality of assemblies of the cabin equipment.
• Monitor and control the production processes according to the production orders, including documentation.
• Dispose materials as well as operating and consumables, monitor the plants and check the tool stock.
• Ensure the quality, cost and appointment specifications in coordination with internal interfaces.
• Maintain a versatile layer readiness (breakfast and late).

PREPARATIONS:

To successfully start with us as a spray painter (m/w/d), bring a combination of well-founded experience, technical skills and a structured working method. The following qualifications and expectations should be met:

• Complete vocational training as a painter or painter or comparable qualification.
• At least two years of professional experience as a vehicle or aircraft painter, ideally in the aviation industry.
• Finded knowledge in handling spray guns, stirrer rods and mixing cups.
• Good skills to quickly get involved in new topics and environments.
• High-grade self-employment, organisational ability and results-oriented working.
• High loadability and willingness to shift work, especially early and late layers.
• Advanced application knowledge of SAP and MS Office as well as safe handling of technical documentation.
• German language skills and basic knowledge in English.
• Knowledge of components in the aviation industry is advantageous.
