For a family business from Dortmund we are looking for a craftsman (m/w/d) in full time. Region: Dortmund

Your offer:

• A salary from 18 EUR/hour depending on the qualification (3,000 EUR in the trial period and 3,300 Euro after the trial period)
• A full-time contract with 40 hours per week
• An unlimited use with the customer with direct contract
• A valuable customer (family business)
• No chord work (which determines when you finish the construction)

Your tasks:

• You carry out general craft work in and around the house
• You carry out smaller repair work in the residential and community areas
• You support the maintenance and maintenance of the buildings
• You are a contact person for tenants with craftsmanship
• You refurbish empty apartments by default

• You have a completed training in a craftsmanship (painting, plumbing, electric, carpenter)*gn, or have craftsmanship and experience in one of these areas
