Reservation Agent, Meliá Berlin (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Acceptance and processing of individual reservations for the entire East Germany region (INNSiDE Berlin Mitte, Melia Berlin, INNSiDE Wolfsburg, INNSiDE Dresden and INNSiDE Leipzig) Accept individual reservations and company bookings online, offline and by phone Dealing with our Central Reservation System and with the PMS Opera Cloud Check availability and entry of reservations Communication with customers and guests as well as processing of requests and requests Correspondence and deposit Control and processing of cancellations Reservation control and check-in Close cooperation with the booking team of the entire region Germany East and the departments Front Office, Sales and Revenue Management salary range from 34.932,- € to 36.696,- € annual gross salary (depending on qualification)

Your profile:

You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry or similar qualifications in the field of customer support You are service-oriented and have a high level of quality awareness You are able to team and like to sit in an office with several colleagues You are resilient and flexible You have a safe and friendly appearance, even on the phone You communicate very well in German and English; further language skills are advantageous You are safe in dealing with Outlook and with a modern hotel and reservation software
