Own-sponsored management and execution of construction projects in road construction and asphalt construction Planning, control and monitoring of construction processes in terms of dates, costs and quality Coordination and leadership of polishing, foreman and commercial employees Control and control of subcontractors and suppliers Creation and testing of allowances, bills and supplements Ensure compliance with technical regulations, standards and occupational safety and environmental directives Communication and coordination with clients, authorities and project participants Participation in work preparation and supply skalkulation

Complete study in civil engineering or comparable qualification (e.g. construction technician/master) Multiannual professional experience as a construction manager in road, road or asphalt construction Funded knowledge in project management and building contract law (VOB) Safe handling of construction plans, performance directories and accounting software Impressed organizational ability and entrepreneurial thinking Enforcement, Communication Strength and Leadership Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Driving licence class B and readiness to travel to construction sites
